Registration for cross country teams costs $80, and all teams must be registered by June 22. No team registrations, substitutions, or changes are allowed on race day. Registration for individual runners and 2K Dog Walk participants costs $25 and can be completed online through June 23 or at the event. Register online at www.thtiming.com.

New this year, the 5K Cross Country Invitational is open to individual runners and teams of four. Teams will compete in the following categories: Male 39 and Under; Female 39 and Under; Co-ed 39 and Under; Male 40 and Over; Female 40 and Over; and Co-ed 40 and Over.

All team members must meet age requirements of the category they are competing in, and co-ed teams must consist of two men and two women. Traditional cross country team scoring applies.
