The culinary team at the Residences at Coffee Creek said thank you in a very special way this week to its residents by hosting a Resident Appreciation Dinner. Dinner included seasoned prime rib, baked or garlic mashed potatoes, roasted asparagus, homemade desserts and was paired with local wine from Running Vines Winery.
“This is just a small way for us to thank our residents during this time. These last few weeks haven’t been easy on them without seeing their families and grandkids,” said executive chef Sarah Sass, “serving them a special meal is the least we can do.”
“It was like dining in my favorite steak house,” said one resident Nancy, “everything was cooked perfectly and it really felt like a treat. We were all happy to turn the news off and go enjoy a wonderful meal.”
