Ribbon Cutting for New Chamber Electronic Billboard on 49

By: Duneland Chamber of Commerce Last Updated: May 22, 2012

duneland-chamberDuneland Community and Chamber members are invited to attend a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for the Chamber’s new “49 Sign,” a double-sided, electronic billboard located in the southwest corner of Highway 49 and Porter Avenue in Chesterton. The ceremony will take place at the new sign at 3:30pm on Thursday, May 24th, and light refreshments will be offered.

The aesthetic of the Chamber’s new 49 Sign is aligned with that of Chesterton’s new entryway signage, which is rooted in the Arts & Crafts Movement of the turn of last century. The beauty of the structure, coupled with its affordable pricing and location along a 30,000+ daily traffic count intersection, position the billboard as an attractive advertising opportunity for local organizations.

A favor of an RSVP is requested from those interested in attending the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony this Thursday. Please visit chestertonchamber.org or call the Chesterton/Duneland Chamber of Commerce office at (219) 926.5513 for registration or to request an advertising rate sheet.
