This is an introductory program for anyone who is interested in learning more. The presentation includes the 10 Warning Signs of Alzheimer’s disease, what is normal aging, and the importance of getting a diagnosis. Lunch is provided. Please RSVP by February 10th to 219.531.2484.

“Alzheimer’s Disease: A Guide for Clergy”
This is an introductory program for Clergy and Church Leaders who want to learn more about the disease and how to improve their services and home visits for persons with memory loss. Breakfast is provided. Please RSVP by March 10th to 219.531.2484.

Wednesday, April 16th, noon
“Caring for the Caregiver”
This program is designed for people who are caring for someone with dementia, although this program has good information for anyone caring for themselves or another person with a chronic condition. This presentation explores coping strategies for the caregiver, grief, stress management, family dynamics, and using resources to help manage the journey. Lunch is provided.
