The Visiting Nurse Association will present 'Lower Your Blood Pressure' at Rittenhouse Senior Living of Valparaiso on Wednesday, April 3rd at 2:00pm.
This informational program will provide attendees with increased knowledge regarding causes of hypertension (high blood pressure) and ways the attendees can attempt to lower their blood pressure. The importance of a healthy lifestyle and seeking healthcare assistance when appropriate will be emphasized as it relates to high blood pressure.
