Rittenhouse Senior Living of Valparaiso has earned a deficiency free state survey conducted by the Indiana Department of Health. Rittenhouse Senior Living is located at 1300 Vale Park Road in Valparaiso, and offers Assisted Living and Memory Care Apartments.
Each year, the Indiana Department of Health sends a trained team of objective surveyors into every licensed Assisted Living and they investigate quality of care by inspecting medical records and interviewing residents and staff. The Indiana Department of Health investigators arrived at Rittenhouse Senior Living in October 2013, and found Rittenhouse was “Deficiency Free”, the highest rating that is awarded. Rittenhouse Senior Living of Valparaiso received a perfect survey score in 2012 as well.
