Rotaract Club Vintage Car Show

The Rotaract Club of Purdue University North Central will be hosting a Vintage Car Show on August 28, 2010, at the PNC campus. PNCRotaract Club is a partner of Rotary International, Inc. The purpose of the Club is to provide an opportunity for men and women to enhance the knowledge and skills that will assist them in personal development, to address the physical and social needs of their communities, and to promote better relations between all people worldwide through a framework of friendship and service. The Vintage Car Show’s purpose is to raise funds to serve food pantries in La Porte and Porter Counties AND an opportunity for vintage car enthusiasts to display their cars, and have a good time!

We ask you to support this meaningful and fun event with a sponsorship at the levels outlined below. In exchange, you will receive the following sponsorship benefits:

  • $500 Big Block level: tent, table, power, and sign
  • $250 Small Block level: tent, table, and sign
  • $100 Gear Head level: table
  • Other Turbo level: tax-deductible donation

We are estimating 100 vintage cars on display and about 1,500 car enthusiasts of all ages. There will be awards selected by votes of those who bring their vehicle for show. The cost per car to enter is $20.

This is a wonderful opportunity to showcase your business; help PNC students help our community. There are so many in need!

In addition to monetary sponsorships, we are seeking in-kind donations that we can use the day of the event for prizes, raffles and logistics. Such items might include car related products, gift certificates, or concessions.

As a thank you for your sponsorship, you will receive event recognition and the personal satisfaction of knowing you are impacting the lives of students and our communities, now and in the future.

We look forward to your sponsorship, which will help make our event a success. If you would like to make a donation, please make your check payable to Purdue University. Please contact myself, Thomas Kuehl, president of Rotaract Club, at 219-476-5513 or Rita Dagys, director of development at 219-785-5698, if you have any questions.
