Rules for the 1-Mile Dog Stroll and 5k Run:
Dogs must be on a leash (6 ft. max) at all times. All dogs must have a current rabies inoculation. Pupppies six months of age or younger or female dogs in any stage of heat will not be allowed to participate. In addition, a dog whose behavior is unruly or might prove hazardous to other participants, dogs or spectators will be asked to leave the race. We urge you to consult with our veterinarian before registering for this race. He/she may advise you not to participate due to your pet's health status.
Distances:
3.1 mile run (dogs allowed but not required)
1 mile non-competitive walk (dogs allowed)
Course:
The run/walk will start parking lot of the Resale Shop at 801 Broadway, Chesterton.
