SafeTALK qualifies for the new Indiana State Suicide Prevention Training requirement for teachers. It can serve as a guide for Indiana graduating teachers who are completing their requirements for licensure - (Indiana requires a course in suicide prevention-House Senate Bill 4 - IC20-18-2-22(b)).

SafeTALK is also on the training list for teachers seeking and/or needing continuing education units (CEU's) or professional growth points (PGP's). (Suicide prevention / intervention is one of the continuing education topics for current teachers). Click here for more info.
