Session to Gather Input on Public Transportation

pcacs_logoPorter County Aging and Community Services along with Opportunity Enterprises and V-Line officials are seeking input on public transportation in Porter County at a session from 10:30 a.m. to noon Tuesday Dec. 6 at the United Way of Porter County, 951 Eastport Centre Drive.

The goal of the meeting is to gather comments, concerns, suggestions, stories and experiences on Porter County’s public transportation system from current and potential riders, including people with disabilities.

“We hope to develop a picture of the transportation system in Porter County from the public’s perspective,” said PCACS Executive Director Bruce Lindner.

The facility is wheel-chair accessible and designated parking is available. Please contact Lindner at 465-7144 or bhlindner@frontier.com 48 hours in advance of the meeting if additional reasonable accommodations are needed.
