housing-opportunitiesYou may be one of the 43 million Americans who grow more food in their home gardens than they can use, preserve, or give to friends. You can help reduce hunger in your community by growing an extra row in your garden and sharing the excess garden bounty with the Housing Opportunities food pantry located at 2001 Calumet Ave, Valparaiso, IN. You can help your neighbors in need by reaching into your backyard!

One out of four Porter County residents need help feeding their families. Housing Opportunities serves over 1500 visits monthly in our food pantry.

Produce can be dropped off at the Housing Opportunities office anytime Monday—Friday between 8 AM to 4 PM.
