I think people need more laughter, to take themselves less seriously, and unique ways to celebrate special events in their lives! In pondering our current community's job market, housing market and just our economic situation in general, I began to think of how I, a 50 something Valparaiso resident of 22 years, could possibly make a difference! 
Singing is something I have always loved and making people laugh comes in a close second. I like to help people celebrate special occasions with a brief popular or rock song, dressed up in silly costumes. I recently performed Pat Benatar's "Hit Me With Your Best Shot" for a teacher at Parkview. For $40, I will perform in the place of your choosing, be it a home or office or public place. It is best to be where a group of people are together to make it the most fun. A gift is also included in the price: a balloon, box of candy, teddy bear, or some similar gift.
Sending a special someone a live gift is something they won't soon forget.
