Nick Smith is a fifth grade teacher at John Simatovich Elementary School. 
His 4-year old daugther, Sadie, was diagnosed with a terminal health condition at birth. This fund raiser is to help alleviate the financial burden incurred due to Sadie's terminal illness and associated circumstances that have overburdened the family financially.
