St. Paul 4th Grade Sending Living Water Overseas

Living-Water-Campaign-1Written by Kathy Olson

Our 4th graders are launching our annual campaign for Living Water. This is our yearly project partnering with Widow's Mite Experience to raise enough money to provide clean, fresh water to a village that does not presently have this luxury. Our last two 4th grade classes have each raised enough money to drop a well in villages in India. Both wells bear a plaque that states that the well was provided through the generosity of the 4th Grade Class at St. Paul Catholic School.

To do this, our 4th graders need to raise $1800. All students were given a bottle of drinking water and asked to enjoy the water and then fill the bottle with coins for the well. Hopefully, the families will get involved in this important endeavor.

We will also have a bottle on the counter in the office for donations from visitors. You are invited to help us with this very important project. If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Kathy Olson or Mrs. Kate Bogan.
