The speech meet was unbelievably competitive. There were 22 school and 480 students competing. AND WE WON!!!!! The team deserves a really huge congratulations because they really earned this one. Each and every member worked so hard for this meet and it showed. Even though many of our kids did not receive ribbons, they all received high compliments and scored very well on their critique sheets. As a matter of fact, we had several children who received 1's in one or more rounds and still didn't place in the end. That's how competitive this was.
