Taking place over two weekends in September, the Porter County Fall Home Tour will be an exciting opportunity to tour homes throughout NW Indiana. Steiner Homes is participating again this year, with three unique homes being featured in the showcase. Dates for the event are September 16th-18th, and September 23rd–25th. Homes will be open and available to tour from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.

For the first time in a tour/parade, we will be showing a ranch, a 1.5 story master-on-the-main, and a 2-story home for people to walk-thru. The homes are at different points of the building process, and this gives our customers an opportunity to see how we are building our homes.”
Steiner Homes will have a version of their Eleanor 2-story available to walk-through in Crown Point. This home will have over 3,800 square feet finished, including the walk-out basement. Off of County Line Road in Crown Point, there will be a 2,698 square foot ranch, featuring 3 bedrooms, oak trim package, and screened-in porch. In The Highlands subdivision of Valparaiso, there will be a 3,921 square foot 1.5 story, which includes 4 large bedrooms, a 2-story Great Room and Foyer, and over 700 square feet finished in the basement.
