Summer Rhapsody Music Festival to Inaugurate Central Park Plaza

The inaugural event of Central Park Plaza is slated for August 6 and 7 with the Summer Rhapsody Music Festival.  The festival will host the Summer Rhapsody Orchestra composed of professional musicians and will be led by Miguel Rosario.  This two day event will showcase a mix of musical talent featuring classic selections from musicals such as West Side Story, Sound of Music and Wicked as they bring us A Tribute to the American Musical.  Although the Saturday evening event is free, VCFE will be offering opportunities to pre-order picnic bags filled with gourmet treats and spots reserved with a keepsake blanket as a convenient option. The music continues Sunday, 3:00 - 5:00 pm, for another FREE family afternoon filled with sounds by the Summer Rhapsody Orchestra.
