Knoblock and her team always strive to stay in contact with their clients, even a year down the line. They just recently hand delivered mums to many of them.
“I went to one client’s house, and I pulled up to her driveway as she was coming out,” Knoblock recalled. “I waved and said ‘hey, remember me?’ and she went ‘oh my gosh, yes!’ She was so excited to see me, and we talked for a few minutes. It’s just a way to keep in touch, I’ll even text just to check in and ask, ‘hey how are the kids?’”
