Team 360 Real Estate is looking to bring a revolution to their industry. Their agents approach the business of home buying with a special philosophy, one where the client is more important than the transaction itself. With decades of combined experience, years of living in and around the Region, and the backing of Coldwell Banker’s vast array of resources and technology, Team 360 Real Estate offers a comprehensive real estate support network.

Led by Darlene Knoblock, an industry veteran with hundreds of closed transactions under her belt, the Valparaiso based Coldwell Banker team serves home sellers and buyers across Northwest Indiana. Their goal is to provide every client with an honest, professional, and uniquely personal advisor throughout their journey in the housing market.

“Every agent on our team maintains a high standard of professionalism and we’re not just a one and done,” Knoblock said. “We’re not just out to sell them a house, we want to develop a relationship.”

Starting from a client’s first no-pressure consultation, Team 360’s agents work every step of the way to make sure the home buying or selling experience is as smooth as possible. They understand that everyone has their own reasons for entering the market, with each home carrying a unique story.

“There are a lot of different reasons why people have to buy and sell a home, some are happy, and some are not,” Knoblock said. “I’m always very grateful when people come to us because I feel like we’re able to give them the care they need. It can be an exciting time, but there are often mixed feelings. We’re there to support them through the process and we have the knowledge and experience to deal with any obstacles that might pop-up and get them to the closing table.”

Once a deal is closed, Team 360 Real Estate stays connected with their clients. They help clients find all the services they might need--from painters, carpenters, lawn care experts, and whoever else might be needed to turn a house into a home.

“We named ourselves Team 360 because we wanted to provide well-rounded services,” Knoblock said. “We’re trying to connect our clients with vendors that we’ve used ourselves who we feel comfortable recommending. We’ve got great resources, not just our own but with Coldwell Banker, to find whoever our clients need from our list of proven Team 360 vendors.”

Knoblock and her team always strive to stay in contact with their clients, even a year down the line. They just recently hand delivered mums to many of them.

“I went to one client’s house, and I pulled up to her driveway as she was coming out,” Knoblock recalled. “I waved and said ‘hey, remember me?’ and she went ‘oh my gosh, yes!’ She was so excited to see me, and we talked for a few minutes. It’s just a way to keep in touch, I’ll even text just to check in and ask, ‘hey how are the kids?’”

Their website offers an array of tools and resources for prospective homebuyers and sellers, including an advanced search engine, a mortgage rate calculator, school information, and even a free market analysis on your home. Every agent at Team 360 was raised in the Region or has been living in Northwest Indiana for years, so they are well equipped to offer advice on anything related to the area.

“It’s important that our team be knowledgeable about the community,” Knoblock said. “People look at us, even those who’ve been in the area for a while, will still ask us questions about it. We’re very proud to live in this community. Northwest Indiana is very unique and there are so many amazing people that truly care about their communities, so we’re glad to be a part of that.”
