Blackbird staff regularly works with several offices around the area, catering office meetings with sandwich trays, salads, and desserts. Although located in Valparaiso, the café isn’t limited to serving Valpo businesses, often providing food for Lunch and Learn training sessions in Portage and Chesterton. The menu can suit every dietary need, as Blackbird offers gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan options.

The café has served various local businesses, including VU Athletics Department, the Valparaiso Parks Department, several law, dentist and doctor offices, the city of Valparaiso, Centier Bank, and many more.
