To better meet the needs of its growing clientele, the Retreat at Serendipity Province will be moving to a more expansive site on August 1. Just a few miles away from its current location on 250 West in Valparaiso, the new address for the holistic day spa and facial salon will be 332 US Highway 30 Suite D in Valparaiso.
Established in 2002, the Retreat at Serendipity Province offers its clients a one of a kind spa experience with a distinctive and luxurious menu of holistic and exclusive services including healing massages, customized facials, body scrubs and wraps, waxing and nutritional counseling.
The new site is more than double the square footage and in addition to private massage suites, it will now offer couples and “spa-together” suites. These new suites are large enough to accommodate up to four friends or family members who may now enjoy side-by side services by the spa’s certified massage therapists and estheticians.
“Earlier this year, we learned from the zoning committee that the spa needed to relocate from our residential location. At that time my biggest concern was to find the right space to best serve our loyal clients while maintaining our mission to provide a sanctuary from the stress of everyday life,” said Laura Ott, owner of the Retreat. “And I’m thrilled to say we did that and so much more. With our additional space we can now offer even more rejuvenating and re-vitalizing whole body services. We will also have an in-house holistic health and nutritional coach and the opportunity to cater spa gatherings for special events such as pre-wedding parties or corporate retreat packages.”
The new hours for the Retreat at Serendipity Province will be from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday & Tuesday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday. Walk-ins will be welcome Monday through Saturday until 4 p.m.
