On March 11, 2014, the Portage 16 IMAX (6550 U.S. Hwy 6, Portage, IN) will proudly play host to the United Way of Porter County's Annual Celebration.
Individuals and organizations will be recognized for their outstanding support of the Porter County United Way and the 2013-2014 Annual "Be the One" Campaign. The total amount of money raised will be announced and among the awards handed out during the evening will be the Prestigious Dorothy M. Porter Award which will go to one worthy recipient for his or her for volunteer service. So far over 200 people have RSVP'd! This is going to be an amazing event!
The event begins at 5pm with the Red Carpet Arrival. At this time networking over hors d'oeuvres and drinks will be held in the balcony. Afterward, an award presentation will be held in Theatre 15, followed by guests watching a movie of their choice to finish out the night!
