People are invited to bring their children to the free Vacation Bible School week at Vale Church of Christ and stay for the adult bible study classes going on at the same time.
The one-hour classes, themed “God's Unlikely Sources of Salvation,” are set for 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Sunday, July 6; and 7:00 p.m. on July 7, 8 and 9. Vale Church of Christ is located at 1502 Silhavy Road in Valparaiso.
Both the adult and children's sessions will include studies of David, an unlikely king; Rahab, an unlikely helper; Paul, an unlikely evangelist; Jesus, an unlikely messiah; and Me, an unlikely source for others. The adult sessions will be taught by Daniel Hedges, a preacher from Sault Sainte Marie, Michigan.
