All Fall Ball registration includes t‐shirt for players to keep. Players are responsible for providing their own hats, pants, gloves, socks and cleats. All games and practices will be held at Valpo. Americans field located at 3603 Oak Grove Drive Valparaiso, IN. 46385.
Fall ball is an opportunity for players who enjoy the game of baseball to continue playing after the regular season is over. Fall Ball offers weekly games that allow each player to continue to test their abilities and learn some new skills. Since there is no All Star Tournament there is no boundaries, all are welcome to play in this second season.
Denim League – 6‐8 year old Fundamentals is focused on while the first three innings are pitched with the machine and live player pitching is introduced. If the pitcher doesn't strike out the batter then the pitching machine will be used with a 1 and 1 count.
Minor League – 8‐10 years old live player pitching is introduced. Skill levels increase as does the speed of the game. At this level players start to understand strategy as the game has less restrictions than lower levels
Major League – 10‐12 year old (50/70) Advanced play. Skill level is significantly higher than minor. Play is faster and pitching becomes more consistent and accurate. Strategy becomes an integral part of the game.
Junior League – 13‐16 year old even more advanced play. Skill level is higher than Majors and strategy is a must at this level of play.
