Build relationships while making everyone using the facility feel welcome with a sense of belonging. Knowledgeable of all membership options, programming and special events; have the communication skills to effectively respond to all inquiries.
Some of the key responsibilities for this position will include:
1. Process new memberships and process program registrations; maintain a high level of confidentiality with regard to all personal and financial aspects.
2. Respond to inquiries/requests as per department guidelines. This includes but is not limited to contacting department staff for department-specific issues.
3. Process retail sales.
4. Maintain cash box and balance shifts.
5. Adhere to work schedule and substitute for others as a floating sub when needed for a variety of shifts.
Qualifications and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Must be able to type at least 35 words per minute.
