The Valparaiso Department of Parks and Recreation and the City of Valparaiso will commemorate Arbor Day on April 29 by giving away Oak and Sugar Maple tree seedlings, 1:00-3:00 p.m. at Foundation Meadows Park, 3210 Campbell Street. Mayor Costas will kick off the celebration with a short message at 1:00 p.m.
