Valparaiso Swim Club swam at the Highland Snowflake Invitational last weekend, Feb. 3-Feb. 5. The highs & lows of the weekend were an emotional roller coaster & one wild ride I'm glad I can catalog in my memory bank. The team came away with the second place team trophy.
We have an outstanding staff that has led us to this point. We have amazing kids that have grown & improved with every stroke they take in the pool.

Girls 9-10 200 Freestyle Relay (consisted of Amy DeTorrice, Emma Fitzgerald, Kristen Hoffmann, and Jackie Bontrager) won the event with a 2:17.51
Girls 11-12 200 Freestyle Relay (consisted of Bri Pniak, Maddie Simac, Allie DeTorrice, and Marisa Johnson) won the event with a 1:54.96, state cut
