Despite the misty rain and the fresh mowed grass making running conditions very slippery, all 3 finishers came in with times under 11 minutes beating last years time trials best time at just over 11 minutes.
This was a great way to kick off the season with a meet amongst Valpo Cross's own team members encouraging each other and pushing each other. All 36 of the boys that ran did an excellent job.
The overall winning team of the meet was the Sunburst Team. White came in 2nd and Green rounded out the three teams. The winning team was decided by the 6th man scorer of the Sunburst Team team. 
All results were very close.
