The City of Valparaiso will host a blood drive in front of City Hall, 166 Lincolnway on Friday, July 9 from 8:30 am to 1:30 pm. 
The Red Cross bus will be parked out front of City Hall, ready to collect lifesaving blood donations. Only 38% of Americans are eligible to give blood and of those only 8% do. That amounts to only about 3 of 100 people. Your donation makes a difference.
Call 1-800-RED CROSS to schedule your blood donation appointment. Come donate and receive an American Red Cross stadium seat cushion. Be sure to bring your ID and a list of any medications you’re taking. Come out and join city employees in making a difference in Valparaiso.
