Celebrate National Pollinator Week with Valpo Parks by exploring the meadow of Foundation Meadows Park on guided tours and hikes. The hikes will be led by trained volunteers who will lead fun, hands-on and educational hikes through the meadow. Participants may choose from three hike themes, butterflies, pollinators, or nature hikes, to learn about that particular topic.
Hikes will be offered at select times Wednesday, June 22 through Saturday, June 25. The fee is $2 for children ages 4-16 and $5 for adults ages 17 and up. Pre-registration is required. For more information or to register contact the Valpo Parks office at 219-462-5144.
