The Valpo Parks Department is pleased to announce that Helene Pierce was recently promoted to Executive Assistant for Valpo Parks.
Pierce has been with the City of Valparaiso for 19 years, beginning as a member of the Customer Service staff before serving as Customer Service Administrator. A Valparaiso native, Pierce is a Valparaiso High School graduate and continues to reside in the City with her family.
"Helene has years of experience and knowledge of the department and cares deeply about the mission we serve and the relationships we build to accomplish that mission” said Director John Seibert. “We look forward to Helene’s continued contributions to our department and to the ongoing and new relationships she will help sustain and grow in her new and important role."
