The Valpo Phoenix Fastpitch 10U softball team went undefeated in the State Championship tournament held in Warsaw on the weekend of June 21-23.
The girls played six games that weekend and went undefeated. They defeated the Indiana Lady Spiders in the championship game to claim the 10U North State Championship.
The Phoenix will compete in the NSA "A" World Series in Chatanooga, Tennessee this July 21-27. The Phoenix are coached by Jim Smith, Dennis Slivka, and Fred Hurley. Go Phoenix!
