Race Day Information
The race includes a 5K, 3K Fun Run/Walk, and a 100 yard, "I Golfed, I Sipped, I Shuffle". This event is being held to support youth sports, community involvement, health and fitness and family fun. Valparaiso Pop Warner Football Association is part of the National Pop Warner Little Scholars organization. The mission of Pop Warner is to enable children to benefit from participation in team sports and activities in a safe and structured environment.
Through this active participation, Pop Warner programs teach fundamental values, skills and knowledge that children will use throughout their lives. Pop Warner seeks to provide fun athletic learning opportunities for children, while emphasizing the importance of academic success.
This event is sure to become an annual event for your family with a ton of fun race day activities including face painting, balloon artistry, a live music, and a post-race tailgate party. Fun take-away items planned for the race packets
