The Valparaiso Department of Parks and Recreation is now taking registrations for grades K-5 for our Elementary Drawing Classes presented by Young Rembrandts. Classes offered on Thursdays September 16-October 14, 4:30-5:30 p.m. All materials are included. The fee is just $50 for a non-resident, $40 for a resident artist.
