Please remember that we cannot deliver items to classrooms. If you have something dropped off in the main office, you must come to the office to pick it up.
Senior Pictures for the Class of 2015 will take place June 9, 10, 11, 12 in Café B. You must have an appointment. Call HR Imaging (800)433-1766 ext216 to make an appointment.
Mathew Erickson Memorial Scholarship application has been added to the VHS Scholarship website. Due date is April 19th.
The IU Jacobs School of Music Singing Hoosiers will perform at VHS on April 6 at 6:30pm. Tickets are $15 in advance or $20 at the door. Tickets may be purchased at Blythe’s Sports, Memorial Opera House, Coldwell Banker Real Estate or online at myiuaa.com/ valpochoir.

Sports News
The VHS gymnastics team finished its undefeated season by winning the state championship in Muncie. The Vikes performed consistently well throughout the meet, but they were .475 points behind after the third rotation. The floor lineup of Sydney Intagliata, Hanna Wilson, Rushelle Miller (5th place), and Lia Milroy (6th) outscored runner up Bishop Dwenger by over a point on the last event to win the title. Valpo was ranked #1 in the state throughout the season, a tribute to the depth of the team. This is the 10th team title for VHS, a state record.
Lia Milroy had another outstanding competition, placing second All-Around, third on Uneven Bars, and 6th on Vault in addition to her floor performance. Congratulations to all of the team members for their part in making it Happen in 2014!
Guidance
Colleges are beginning their Spring visits to Valparaiso High School. These sessions are open to Juniors and Seniors. Please sign up in the Guidance Office if you would like to attend any of the following presentations.
