VHS Senior Paul Andrie is thrilled for two reasons today. Paul completed his last day as a Senior at VHS and after school flew his first solo flight at the Valparaiso Airport.
Paul decided not to go out for the VHS Basketball team his senior year (after playing Freshmen, Sophmore and Junior) and started taking flying lessons with Donn Air of Valparaiso, IN. This week Paul completed his course and had accumulated 20 plus hours of instructional flying time. Today was his first solo flight and he did great.
After graduation Paul will be attending Michigan State and will be playing football for the Spartans. We're so proud of him and all of his accomplishments.
