The Valparaiso High School boys' basketball team has landed in the Indiana Basketball Coaches Top 20 list for the first time in the 2012-13 season for the week of February 17, 2013.
The 16-3 Vikings received 46 points after giving 16th-ranked Merrillville their first conference loss of the season on Friday, 60-51. VHS joins Munster (1), Merrillville (16) and Andrean (19) as teams ranked in the top 20 from Northwest Indiana.
Valpo will travel to Michigan City for the season finale on Friday, February 22, 2013 to take on the Wolves at 7:30, preceded by the JV game on 6pm.
