During National Volunteer Week, Village Park Enrichment Center at Banta will honor the many volunteers who have contributed their time and talents to making the senior center the special place that it is. Senior volunteer members who help in the office, in the lunchroom, with regular activities, special events and programs, and performing in the community are encouraged to attend. Volunteers from the Banta Neighborhood Association and other organizations who help with special events are also invited to receive well-deserved recognition.
On Tuesday, April 21, a breakfast and recognition program will be provided by Pines Village Retirement Communities at Village Park Banta at 9:00 a.m. All volunteers attending are asked to RSVP by Thursday, April 16.
