2020 is VNA's 50th Anniversary and we're grooving our way through the entire year, even at the VNA Stroll For Hospice!

Enjoy a groovy day in the park with family and friends as we "Stroll for Hospice" in memory of loved ones and help the VNA continue to provide compassionate care for patients and their families.

After your Stroll, we'll have lunch at the beautiful Urschel Pavilion or bring your picnic blanket to sit in the park. There will be hotdogs, hamburgers, veggie burgers along with other picnic fare.

A DJ will keep things grooving with a 70's vibe while you enjoy family activities including a bounce house, balloon twister, face painting, crafts, games, raffle baskets and more!

We encourage all participants to wear your best 70's attire and purchase a 2020 VNA Groovy Stroll for Hospice, 50th Anniversary commemorative t-shirt to compliment your attire. The Grooviest Team will win an award and become the 2021 Stroll Grand Marshal.

Awards will be given to the individuals and teams who raise the most in sponsorships and have the highest number of sponsors.

Encourage friends and family to support your walk by collecting sponsorships.Raise $100 or more and you'll receive a memorial sign placed along our walking route with your loved ones name.


Raise $100 +; get a memorial sign with loved ones name placed along route and a 4x8 memorial brick placed at the Hospice Center Walk of Friends.

Raise $500 +: get memorial sign & 8x8 memorial brick placed at Hospice Center Walk of Friends

Raise $1,000 +; get memorial sign and memorial plaque placed inside the Hospice Center.

If you would like to fundraise online...under the "Giving" section choose either "Create a Fundraiser of your own" (for individuals or to start a new team) or "Fundraise for Existing Team" (choose this if you know your team captain has already registered your team online). After registration is complete you will receive an email confirmation with instructions on how to proceed with your online fundraising page. You can include a picture and story behind your desire to raise funds. Then send your fundraising page link to everybody you know!
