VNA “Senior Moments” Free Presentation – Coping with Grief and Loss

By: Visiting Nurse Association Last Updated: August 12, 2010

The Visiting Nurse Association of Porter County will present "Coping with Grief and Loss" at locations in Lake and Porter Counties in September. This informational program will provide attendees with an increased knowledge of how to cope with the different types of losses that occur as they age. This will enable them to recognize when their grief has become something they need to consult their healthcare provider about. The importance of a healthy lifestyle and seeking healthcare assistance when appropriate will be emphasized as it relates to grief and loss. VNA-BLUE
