The Next Generation project relies heavily upon volunteer support of the community. Individuals and groups are invited to assist in a wide variety of areas this week, now through Sunday, October 12. There are three shifts daily Monday through Sunday, 8 a.m. , 12:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. Parking is available in the grass lot north of the park, with limited parking available at First Christian Church and Immanuel Lutheran Church. Individuals are encouraged to come at shift start times and register at the Volunteer Tent located at the original ValPLAYso parking lot. Check in at the red and white volunteer tent and you'll be assigned to a team to help build ValPLAYso! More information is available online at www.valplayso.com.
