{valpo}TEXT{/valpo}Von Tobel Lumber & Hardware is launching a new and refreshed brand identity to reflect its belief that their quality customer service, and knowledgeable employees working side by side with customers are what sets them apart from other stores.

Created in partnership with mixdesign, inc. of Schererville, the new look is a commitment to visually telling the brand story of helping customers envision and successfully complete their home building or home improvement projects with the help of Von Tobel’s staff of experts. The inspirational tagline "building better together” cements this commitment.

Von Tobel has been 100% employee owned since 2002, with more than 200 employees in its four locations. The employees take pride in providing expertise in design and product knowledge no matter the size of the customer’s project.

As a neighborhood hardware store and lumberyard for more than 50 years, Von Tobel has always been committed to keeping current on the latest home design trends. With locations in Lafayette, Michigan City, Valparaiso and Schererville, Von Tobel also prides itself on having an extensive selection of all the newest building products for customers’ homes.

“While our previous ‘look’ served us well for many years, we wanted to communicate that we are more than a lumberyard and hardware store. We have a wide array of building products under the same roof as our modern design centers, which are staffed with talented and knowledgeable employee-owners,” Ken Pylipow, President and CEO of Von Tobel Corporation said.

The exterior of the Schererville store is currently being renovated to reflect the new brand look and feel, with the company’s other locations to follow.

“We are hoping that the fresh new look and colors will entice customers to come in and check us out, especially if they haven’t been in for a while, or have never been in to one of our locations,” Pylipow said.

Initial changes will be reflected across the company's logo, website, interior signage and exteriors of locations. For more information, visit www.vontobels.com.
