This afternoon spouses of the Valparaiso Police Department hosted an appreciation luncheon at the police department. They presented letters and notes of appreciation written by students from across Valparaiso.
A thank you wreath was presented which had been made by the students of Parkview Elementary School. Some of the many appreciation notes/letters where read prior to the luncheon. At noon today a blue balloon launch was conducted in the parking lot of the Valparaiso Police Department to show support to police officers.
A great lunch was provided to officer by the spouses!
