The Concert Association of Valparaiso presents its first concert of the new season: Windiana, Sunday afternoon at 3:00 pm, October 26. This will be at IVY Tech auditorium on the campus located in the south-east corner of Hwys 2 and 49 in the EastPort Business Center.
Windiana is a concert band consisting of fifty+ professional musicians, established in 2000 from the Porter County area. The program will include pieces by Souza and LeRoy Anderson, as well as an arrangement from Michael Boo, a local musician and arranger.
Tickets at the door: $15/adult for a single concert or $45 for the season, which includes concerts at three other venues.
