Chefs Around the Table 2019

Event Information

Our Greater Good’s 5^th Annual “Chefs Around the Table” fundraiser will take place on Thursday, October 10, 2019 at the Porter County Expo Center in Valparaiso.  The event begins with a cocktail hour from 5-6 p.m., and doors open to the main dining area at 6 pm.

Seventy-six amateur chefs will be preparing their favorite recipe, so attendees can sample any or all of the delicious appetizers, soups or chilis, salads, sides, main dishes, and desserts. In addition to great food, a silent auction will be held at 7:30 pm featuring some truly amazing items, tickets, and trips.

All proceeds from Chefs Around the Table support the initiatives of Our Greater Good.  Our Greater Good focuses on strengthening families and ensuring that every child in Porter County has the opportunity to reach his or her full potential and live a fulfilling adult life. They provide free initiatives from parenting to mentoring to classroom management to kids, families, and schools across Porter County.

Tickets are $50 before October 9 or $60 the day of the event. Tickets can be purchased online at www.ourgreatergood.com or at the door.
