Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) Information Session

Event Information

1:07pm - 1:07pm

Come learn about how you can become a CASA volunteer and make a difference in a child's life!  A CASA is a Court Appointed Special Advocate and is a caring and dedicated community volunteer who has been trained to advocate for abused and neglected children in the court system.  CASA volunteers ensure that attention is paid to the child's needs and best interests.  Find out about the role of Court Appointed Special Advocates, why they are needed, and what requirements and training are involved in becoming a volunteer.  This is an opportunity to ask questions of current volunteers and CASA program staff.
