Lunch tables: The benefits of gratitude

Lunch tables: The benefits of gratitude

Event Information

4:28pm - 4:28pm

Join our Executive Director, Donna Golob, as she shares her heart of gratitude during the November Lunch Tables webinar. Donna will remind us to remember our ‘why’ as we move into the season of thankfulness rather than being overwhelmed by the what if, should’ve or could’ve. There are physical, mental, emotional and social benefits to practicing gratitude and we’ll talk about some of those and how we can practice gratitude in our lives.

She will also share with you the vision of PATH and our desire to be a true partner and resource for those who play a role in the lives of teens. Learn about some of our key programs, resources and our goal for the coming year regarding professional development options and upcoming conferences.

Our breakout rooms during this session will focus on YOU! What are your needs? How can PATH help? How can we help each other? What great successes have we seen and what do we have to be thankful for?
