Highland, IN…(January 2020) In honor of Vietnam Veterans Day, member organizations of North Township Trustee, Frank J. Mrvan’s Veterans Roundtable will host the Northwest Indiana Vietnam Veterans Tribute Dinner on Saturday, March 28, 2020, at 6:00 p.m. at the Wicker Park Social Center in Highland, IN. The event is open to the public and tickets are $20 per person.
The region’s first-ever Vietnam Veterans Tribute Dinner will honor our local servicemen and women in a manner that has never been done before. Awards will be presented to extraordinary members of the community who go above and beyond for the well-being of soldiers, military families, and veterans. The evening will include a cocktail hour, dinner, live entertainment, and silent auction. The cash bar opens at 6 p.m. Dinner promptly follows at 7 p.m.
Special guest speaker for the evening is SFC (Ret) Gregory Allen Stube, US Army Special Forces, Green Beret. Stube has hosted his own television show on NBC Sports, "Coming Home with Greg Stube" and is the author of the book, "Conquer Anything."
