Playact Theatre Presents Shrek: The Musical at Valparaiso University Center for the Arts

Playact Theater is thrilled to present its upcoming production of Shrek the Musical, a wildly entertaining journey full of laughs, heart, and unforgettable characters! This fairy tale with a twist is the perfect live theater experience for audiences of all ages.

Tickets are available for advance purchase on the Playact Theater website or at the door. Valparaiso University students can receive a discounted $10 ticket by presenting their student ID at the box office.

Directed by Keri Burman Castro, this vibrant production features a cast of youth, teens, adults, and university students—bringing the community together on one magical stage. Leading the cast is professional actor Daniel Evan Castro, starring as Shrek and delivering a performance that’s both hilarious and full of heart.
