South Shore Summer Music Festival – Hammond

Join us on Friday, August 9, 2019 at 7:30 PM for a FREE concert at the Wolf Lake Pavilion!

Under the direction of Kirk Muspratt - music director and conductor of the Northwest Indiana Symphony Orchestra - the concert will have something for everyone! Including Plum Grove Music's instrument petting zoo for the kids!

Guests are asked to bring their own blanket or chair and refreshments!

Maestro Kirk just released the program for the summer concerts. There's a little something for everyone!

The first half will include: Vaterlandischer March, Verdi's Overture to Nabucco, White Cliffs of Dover, Guadalcanal March, Saving Private Ryan's Hymn to the Fallen, Anchors Aweigh, Apollo 13, and the Star Trek Medley.

The second half brings lightens up with music from Broadway and the movies: West Side Story Suite, Kiss Me Again, Numbus 2000, The Power of Love, Magnificent Seven and Far and Away.
