ST. CATHERINE HOSPITAL OFFERS “LABOR BASICS”

St. Catherine Hospital’s experienced labor and delivery registered nurse will provide education on nutrition, pain relief, recovery and resources before they bring their baby into the world. This class will help expectant parents understand the delivery process and feel prepared for the labor and birth of their baby. The class will be held from 6:30 to 8 p.m., Thursday, August 29, at St. Catherine Hospital, Professional Office Building Conference Room, 4320 Fir St., East Chicago. This event is FREE.
